Girls’ Softball Book Proceeds to Benefit TEAM-MH!

T.E.A.M. Mental Health has a wonderful partnership with the Golden Valley Girls Softball Association — all due to a request the MN Twins made, explaining they couldn’t partner on a project to focus solely on boys/young men and suggested there be a concerted effort to also engage girls/young women in the suicide awareness and prevention messaging and community support planned for TEAM-MH. ┬áThe group approached the Golden Valley Girls Softball Association (GVGS) and the rest, as they say, is history.

In addition to hosting with GVGS its Third Annual Softball Skills Clinic conducted by the Twins, TEAM-MH is delighted to share that a book about GVGS will now directly benefit TEAM-MH when its net proceeds are provided by the author to TEAM-MH.

TEAM-MH sincerely thanks Bob Mattison for his own love of the GVGS program and his recognition that Mental Health is a Team Sport!  Thank you for your generosity, Bob!
